Dear Parents and Students,
This is to inform all students and parents that the Half-Yearly Examinations for the academic session [2026–2027] will commence on October 3, 2026.
Please review the following guidelines carefully to ensure smooth preparation and administration during the examination period:
1. Date Sheet & Syllabus: The detailed subject-wise examination timetable and syllabus have been attached herewith / distributed to the students in class.
2. Attendance: 100% attendance is compulsory. No re-examinations will be conducted for absent students unless prior permission has been granted under exceptional medical grounds.
3. Punctuality: Students must reach the school premises on or before 8 AM. Late arrival will not be entertained during examination days.
4. Admit Cards & Clearance: Students must clear all pending fee dues prior to the examination and carry their Admit Cards / School ID cards daily.
5. Stationery & Essentials: Students must bring their own required stationery (pens, pencils, geometry boxes, etc.) in a clear pouch. Borrowing stationery inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.
6. School Uniform: All students must report in full, neat, and proper school uniform.
Important Note for Parents:
Parents are requested to kindly supervise their child's daily revision schedule, ensure they get adequate rest, and help them maintain a healthy routine throughout the examination period.
